An engagement, not a tool
Loopback is your virtual CIO (vCIO). We keep the record of everything we present to you. We use artificial intelligence to create the reports and assess security and licensing gaps. You do not need an account: you receive documents.
Not everything can be read from a system. So every matter is a record first, dated and owned: what we read from your tenant only fills it in. Every figure says whether we read it or someone stated it to us, with its date. And when a matter has nothing behind it, we say so; we never show it as a zero.

Roadmap and delivery plan
The strategic roadmap places your projects in the quarters of your financial year. A person places them, with you.
The delivery plan puts the work in waves, in the order of what depends on what. A wave is drawn as effort, not as a date.
The security Executive summary shows only the projects agreed with you, under way or done; a project we have only proposed does not appear.
The quarterly review
Every quarter we review with you where you stand and what comes next. You receive the review as a document, in PDF and Word, in your language:
- Actions from our earlier reviews: who, by when, and their status
- Your goals, and where each one stands
- What changed for you, in your words
- Where you stand on security, licences and cost, and the delivery plan, with each figure marked as read or stated
- The roadmap we propose
- What we agreed at this review
A draft says so. A closed review keeps what it stored when it closed.
What we do not offer yet
So that we promise nothing we do not hold: we do not yet offer a licence and contract inventory, an IT budget by year, a standing risk register, an asset register and lifecycle, a standards and policy library, or projects beyond remediation.
