Four steps
Connect, read-only
Your administrator approves one Loopback app in your tenant, and can remove it with one deletion.
Assess
A dated reading of your licences and security settings, taken when an assessment runs; not continuous monitoring.
Recommend and plan
Options costed at reference prices, and a remediation plan in the order the work must happen.
Deliver and repeat
Documents in English or Spanish; the next assessment says what changed.
The connection to your tenant
- Your administrator approves one Enterprise Application named Loopback Concierge in your Microsoft Entra ID. It is the only thing added to your tenant.
- You sign in on Microsoft's own page; nobody at Loopback receives your password.
- Every permission is read-only, and the application needs no directory role.
- Before an assessment, we tell you which readings your licences will leave empty.
- You can remove it at any time by deleting the application; access ends immediately.
- Optional: a read-only Azure role, to see budgets and spend, and one read permission for Defender for Endpoint.
How we handle your information
The reading runs only when we run an assessment, and what we keep is its result. The application's approval stays in place until you delete it. The figures in the documents we deliver are counts: they list no people's names. More in our privacy notice.
You receive documents, not an account
You do not log in to anything. You receive the documents we send you, in PDF and Word, in your language. We use artificial intelligence to create the reports and assess security and licensing gaps.
That is why every document stands on its own: it says what it covered, what could not be seen and where each figure comes from.
From plan to done
When you accept a quotation, the work is organised in waves, each with an owner, dates and an hour budget. Every change is recorded with its evidence. A normal change needs approval, never from the person making it, and the next assessment verifies it.
Follow-up
Every quarter we review with you your goals, what was agreed and where you stand today, in a quarterly review you receive as a document.
